Why book direct

Guest2Host is a catalog of vacation rentals listed by their owners. You find a place here, then book and pay on the owner’s own site.

What we are

A place to find homes you can book directly. Owners list their homes and keep the details up to date themselves — photos, prices, ratings and house rules all come from them. We don’t take bookings, handle payments, or stand between you and the owner.

Why direct can cost less

The big platforms take 15% or more of every booking. Owners who take bookings on their own site skip that cut, so they can offer a lower rate and still earn more. Compare the same dates on their site.

Booking safely

• Pay on the owner’s site with a credit card — card networks give you dispute rights.
• Get a rental agreement and the cancellation terms before you pay.
• If the home is also on Airbnb or VRBO, read the reviews there.
• Never pay by wire transfer or gift card, here or anywhere.
