Terms of use
Updated October 4, 2026. By using guest2host.com, its API or its AI-assistant connector, you agree to these terms.
What Guest2Host is
A catalog of vacation rentals listed by their owners. Every listing links to the owner’s own booking site. Guest2Host is not a party to any booking, doesn’t take payments, and doesn’t inspect properties or check owners’ content. Owners are responsible for their listings: descriptions, photos, prices, availability, ratings and house rules.
Travelers
Bookings are between you and the owner, on the owner’s site and under the owner’s terms. Read them, pay with a method that protects you, and confirm dates and prices there. Availability shown here comes from owners’ calendars and can be out of date.
Owners
- List only homes you have the right to rent, and describe them honestly.
- Use only photos you have the right to use. You give us permission to show them on Guest2Host and to AI assistants.
- Follow the laws, permits and taxes that apply to your rental.
- Listing is free. Paid services, such as building a booking site, are agreed separately.
We can remove a listing or account that breaks these terms or that we believe misleads travelers.
The API and AI-assistant connector
Anyone may use the public API and the MCP connector (api.guest2host.com) to help people find stays, free of charge. Use reasonable request rates, don’t use the “ask the owner” tool to send spam or anything a traveler didn’t ask for, and don’t present Guest2Host data as your own bookings. We may rate-limit or block use that harms owners, travelers or the service.
No warranty
Guest2Host is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for a booking, a stay, an owner’s content or conduct, or losses from using the site, the API or the connector.
